Weekday is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Consultant to drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The role involves end-to-end ownership of ServiceNow projects, focusing on scalability, automation, and integration within an enterprise context. Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- At least 10 years of overall IT experience
- Expertise in HRSD and ITSM, including module customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideSystem, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
