The Senior ServiceNow Architect will lead the design, implementation, and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep expertise in domain separation, integration, and leveraging Generative AI (NowLLM & OpenAI LLM). The architect will gather requirements, translate business needs into solutions, and govern architecture for scalability and security.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience implementing domain separation (global, parent, child domains).
- Strong expertise across key ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, middleware).
- Knowledge of Generative AI integration frameworks (NowLLM & OpenAI LLM).
