ServiceNow Architect

Tanium is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join their team in a hybrid role. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for CSM and Service Bridge, focusing on customer service management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• 8-10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow technical architecture/design experience in CSM & TPSM
• CIS-CSM certification
• Experience configuring and managing Service Bridge
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform tools and technologies
• Proficient in web development languages and frameworks
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
