ServiceNow Architect (REF4113B)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead our customer's ServiceNow journey, shape their IT roadmap, and create solution design. The role involves creating custom applications, working with different ServiceNow applications, and collaborating with the customer to position other ServiceNow solutions that meet their future needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT sector & SW development projects
• 5+ years of experience with implementing ServiceNow solutions
• 3+ years of experience in lead developer or architect roles in ServiceNow projects
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform key capabilities and solutions
• ServiceNow certifications (minimum requirements: CSA and 2 CIS or CAD certifications)
• Experience in interface design and implementation using web services (REST, SOAP, JSON)
• Understanding of service management concepts (ITIL), data models
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with programming languages, databases and scripting e.g., SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Angular, AngularJS
