ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support the management of low-code development platforms and solve complex challenges for our clients. As an Architect at Booz Allen, you'll lead the design and configuration of a client's ServiceNow implementation architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications
• 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
• Experience with Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out of the box config, custom apps, and development methods
• Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
• Experience in working with Government clients in the development of ServiceNow implementation strategies and roadmaps for optimal implementation leveraging best practices
• Experience with leading development teams providing guidance and mentorship for staff members while sharing experiences
