Design and specify technical solutions in ServiceNow projects, work closely with development teams to implement and manage functionalities on the ServiceNow platforms of Sword’s clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience implementing and customizing at least 2 major ServiceNow modules including: CSM, SPM, ITAM
- Deep experience with Portal, Workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications
- Technical skills: HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, and Python
- Experience integrating third-party tools using REST and SOAP
- ITILv3 certification
- ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Technology
