The ServiceNow Associate Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond. This includes developing ITSM & other modules like GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, ITOSM, and ITOM. Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience is required.
