DTCC is seeking an ServiceNow Associate Director Application Support Engineer to work with their Engineering & Ops team on application support. This role focuses on managing a team to provide support for ServiceNow platform and related services, contributing to operational efficiency, deployment of new capabilities, and troubleshooting production issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow and ITSM processes, as well as excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Manage a team of Application support engineers
- Lead all aspects of production issue addressing
- Provide level 2 engineering support
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and extended IT teams
- Represent ServiceNow team to implement Disaster Recovery exercise
- Define and document policies related to application operations

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent. 12+ years IT management experience. ServiceNow platform architecture & ITSM processes. Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
