Requirements
- B. Tech in Computer Science
- 3 to 5 minimum ServiceNow process consultancy experience (ITOM module and related experience)
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience meeting client requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems or related discipline (preferred)
- Driving ServiceNow (ITOM module) process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis
