We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team at Aviva. As a ServiceNow expert, you will work with the Demand Manager to break down requirements into user stories, create roadmaps, and provide key communications. You will also work with various boards to ensure designs meet necessary platform and Aviva governance.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow expert with an understanding of the Now Platform capabilities
  • Good experience with IT modules, Sourcing & Procurement Ops modules, Accounts Payable modules, HRSD module, Financial Service Operations (FSO) modules
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or DevOps methodologies and awareness of ITILv3 Framework
  • Experience working with third-party software partners
  • Strong engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
