ServiceNow Business Process Architect - IR/SecOps

NewRocket is hiring a Business Process Architect to lead consulting, implementation, and integration services for IRM and SecOps solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves leading teams, facilitating executive level workshops, and developing strategic plans for customers' internal processes and functions for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
• Experience working with industry security regulations, standards, and frameworks such as ISO, COBIT, PCI, SANS, NIST
• Experience designing business processes around software tools
• Consulting orientation, able to handle stressful customer situations diplomatically
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exposure to Risk Frameworks
• Exposure to SecOps applications and frameworks helpful but not essential
• Strong problem-solving skills: ability to simplify complex situations
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
• Strong relationship management skills with all levels
• Ability to lead a group of teams located across multiple time zones
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
• BSc in CS, IT or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a client-facing technical consultant customizing and deploying packaged software as a billable resource
