We are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Developer to work with our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management and CMDB development, as well as a focus on IT Service Management processes. The role will involve bridging the gap between project and support teams, driving the end-to-end process for new business implementation projects, and providing techno-functional solution support.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB development
- Experience with IT Service Management processes
- Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA)
- Knowledge of business processes and requirements
- Ability to write code as per developmental standards
- Ability to provide product support and maintenance
- Ability to create and deploy automation tools/solutions
