Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is seeking an ambitious ServiceNow Consultant with multiple languages, agile project management skills, and experience in SAP and Tricentis Tosca. The ideal candidate will automate IT and business processes, develop solutions, and build relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ServiceNow consulting and implementation
- Confident JavaScript programming knowledge
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITAM, CSM, or FSM module configuration and customization
- Ideally, ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS)
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Ability to think in terms of connections and complex systems
- Knowledge and experience of requirement management and conducting workshops
