Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow services (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Serve as the primary escalation and communication point for clients and key business stakeholders.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and compliance with governance standards.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, playbooks, and service procedures.
- Lead and mentor ServiceNow administrators, developers, and support staff.
