ServiceNow Consultant

Netcompany is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to shape the future of digital landscapes in Europe. The role involves full project lifecycle management, client relationship building, cross-functional team coordination, and driving incremental improvements to ServiceNow modules. This position requires strong ITIL knowledge and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or consulting, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow-related roles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and lead consulting engagements.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
