The ServiceNow Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the IT department's and beyond's business needs. This role involves developing ITSM modules, supporting other developers, and creating technical designs. A strong hands-on ServiceNow experience with integration to various solutions is required.
Requirements
- Development of ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM) in ServiceNow Platform
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (either support or development)
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Excellent Verbal/Written Communication, Collaboration
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work in second shift in India (when required)
- ITIL/ServiceNow certifications (desired)
