As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will work with our agile project teams to automate IT and business processes for international enterprise customers. You will automate IT and business processes, implement standard solutions, and support customers in transitioning the ServiceNow solution into operation.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting and implementing/developing ServiceNow solutions
- At least one ServiceNow certification and interest in further knowledge acquisition
- ITIL knowledge, ideally project experience in an agile context
- Affinity for integrating systems through common interfaces
- Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
