Ignyte is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technology Consultant to lead the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, develop and configure Playbooks, and provide technical guidance and hands-on execution to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong focus in Customer Workflows (CSM/PSDS) or App Engine
- Experience configuring and deploying Playbooks
- ServiceNow Developer Certifications
- Experience in leading development and management of work plans
- Experience in full development lifecycle of ServiceNow solution
- Experience leading small to medium teams
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assist in proposal writing and set, manage, and meet multiple expectations and deadlines
