Job Title ServiceNow Data Services Architect, responsible for designing and optimizing service delivery solutions, gathering and analyzing data to support strategic change, and communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Significant experience of delivering complex technology and data driven solutions within ServiceNow for a Global Financial Services company
  • ServiceNow experience across Public and Private cloud solutions such as Google Cloud and VMware
  • Effective in gathering reporting requirement and communicating outcomes to technical and non-technical users
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, flexible team player with the ability work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
