Visa is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support its highly connected workforce. The role involves developing, maintaining, and operating IT systems and infrastructure, collaborating with internal teams, and designing user-friendly software. This is a hybrid position requiring a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and efficient independent work.
Requirements
- Develop, test, and debug new and existing functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve errors in the ServiceNow configuration
- Identify requirement gaps and provide configuration options
- Design and implement intuitive and user-friendly software
- Collaborate with internal customers and business analysts
- Write technical design and build documentation
- Research existing systems and analyze program/time requirements
- Participate in project meetings and daily scrums
- Hybrid work (2-3 days office, 50% or more time in office)
- Must work from office 2-3 days a week
Requirements Summary
