Orion Innovation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer – ITSM to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications. This role involves integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems, delivering scalable solutions, and providing support to users. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in ITSM, API integrations, and JavaScript development.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (portals, pages, widgets).
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
- Proven experience in API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS within ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
