Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL with ITIL v4 certification
- Significant expertise with ServiceNow configuration, customisation and administration
- Relevant certifications of ServiceNow CSA and CAD
- Strong experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs
- Extensive functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Report/ Performance Analytics and Service Catalog/Portal
- Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices
- Understanding of event-driven architectures
- Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts
- Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc.), JavaScript, and Angular
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or.NET
