Join Infrastructure and Service Management Team as a ServiceNow Developer – ITSM Specialist. Contribute to the delivery of innovative and high-quality ITSM capabilities that align with our strategic goals.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL with ITIL v4 certification
- Significant expertise with ServiceNow configuration, customisation and administration
- Relevant certifications of ServiceNow CSA and CAD
- Strong experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs including advanced scripting of each, forms workflows, integration hub and custom Service Portal widgets
- Extensive functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Report/ Performance Analytics and Service Catalog/Portal.
- Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices. Understanding of event-driven architectures. Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts. Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc.), JavaScript, and Angular.
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or.NET is desirable
