Requirements

• End-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations.
• Design and enhance Service Portal development and customisation.
• Implement and manage complex integrations using web services and plugins.
• Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols.
