ServiceNow Developer - VOIS

Vodafone is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to implement, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform at VOIS, a shared services company. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, and a strong understanding of business logic and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will design scalable solutions, manage integrations, and ensure platform stability, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• End-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations
• Design and enhance Service Portals
• Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins
• Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and analysts
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols
• Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies
