OneAdvanced is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their team. This role focuses on the implementation, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow platforms, particularly IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), within a project managing, client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will be experienced in ServiceNow and possess a strong understanding of ITSM/ITOM and integrations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Demonstrable experience of implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Expertise in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.)
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow Discovery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and initiative to address issues
