We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ITOM & ITSM to drive modernization efforts on the ServiceNow platform. This role is integral to designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT operations, automate workflows, and improve service reliability.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Deep expertise in ITOM and ITSM
- Proven expertise in ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB best practices
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, business rules, integrations) and automation capabilities
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and MID Servers
- Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and HTML for advanced customizations and automation
- Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and optimize system configurations for performance, scalability, and security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and drive adoption
