Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM applications.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
- Experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow workflows across multiple modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
