LMI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support customer configuration and development objectives. The developer will understand ServiceNow implementation and uphold high ethical standards while accelerating government impact with innovation. LMI is a digital solutions provider focused on government-ready technologies and AI.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and deployment
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA)
- Experience in designing and implementing data collection jobs, formula indicators, and automated trend analysis
- Experience creating and optimizing Performance Analytics scorecards
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and analytics
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures and how PA integrates with other modules
- Experience in Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, or Business Rules)
