LMI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support customer configuration and development. The role involves translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions, optimizing performance, and creating data visualizations to track KPIs. They focus on accelerating government impact with innovation and speed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in development, implementation and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA)
  • Experience in designing and implementing data collection jobs, formula indicators, and automated trend analysis
  • Experience creating and optimizing Performance Analytics scorecards to track KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and analytics leveraging the Performance Analytics module
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures and how PA integrates with other modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
  • Experience in Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, or Business Rules)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust/background investigation
