Strategy (Nasdaq: MSTR), a market leader in enterprise analytics and mobility software, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to customize, develop, and support solutions on Salesforce and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of both platforms, including Salesforce.com and ServiceNow platform, with a focus on integrating with other tools like Informatica. This role involves a self-starter who is proactive, results-oriented, and capable of process improvement.
Requirements
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system
- Create and customize reports, homepages, and dashboards in ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot multiple integrations with ServiceNow and Rally
- Manage ServiceNow security by managing roles and access control lists
- Implement solutions in an agile environment delivering high-quality code
- Work directly with end users to resolve support issues
- Lead testing of various functionalities, create test data, test plans and perform feature testing
- Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality
- Implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance
- Develop workflows, Process Builder, Assignment rules, email templates and all other declarative and programmatic features
- Handle mass imports and exports of data
- Customize custom objects, fields, reports, 3rd party apps
- Manage Users, Profiles, Permission Sets, Security
- Lead testing and system administration
