Requirements
- Configuration and Development - Deliver high-quality ServiceNow configurations and customisations aligned with assigned user stories and platform best practices.
- Design Participation - Contribute technical insight during story refinement and solution design discussions, helping ensure technical feasibility and early issue identification.
- Platform Standards - Follow established development standards, naming conventions, and guidance to maintain consistency and quality across the codebase.
- Team Collaboration - Work effectively with Architects, Business Analysts, Testers, and Administrators to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Agile Engagement - Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- Peer Review and Learning - Take part in code reviews and knowledge sharing, contributing to team learning and ongoing development quality.
- Continuous Improvement - Suggest improvements to development practices, and delivery processes that support more efficient and maintainable solutions.
- Professional Development - Own your learning and certification journey, staying up to date with ServiceNow developments and achieving relevant certifications.
- Internal Contribution - When not on customer projects, contribute to internal initiatives, reusable collateral, or upskilling activities.
