We are looking for a ServiceNow developer to join our Software Engineering – Development team at Kyndryl. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. You will work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, App Engine, and Portal, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- A solid experience in ITOM, HR
- Core ServiceNow capabilities such as Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and CMDB/CSDM
- Experience in working with AI Agent Client Collector
- Experience in API integrations with other systems
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in configuring ServiceNow AIOps
