We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to configure and set up Service-now ITSM application, maintain and support the implementation, and work closely with ITSM Process Architect, customer personnel, Business Analyst(s), IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of ITSM processes and ServiceNow in a controlled and predictive manner.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Education in IT is preferred
- ITILv4 foundation certified
- Experience with JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets
- Prior experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow or other similar tools using MidServer, webservices, emails
