Requirements
- Identify and develop product specification, system design, development, and system integration.
- Assist in the design of new software product concepts and development.
- Integrate ServiceNow with applications like Delinea, SailPoint, and COTS platforms.
- Conduct research on technology concepts and provide root cause analysis.
- Monitor, configure, and improve integration with COTS platforms.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support.

Requirements Summary
