Tripoint Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow professional to support federal customer operations. The successful candidate will oversee ServiceNow administration, development, and customization, as well as drive agile software development initiatives through detailed user story creation.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including crafting detailed user stories
- Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
