GovCIO is currently hiring to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program. We are looking for a Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst with experience in a complex Government IT environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a complex Government IT environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills

Requirements Summary

3-5 years of experience, ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications, DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute
