Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, APIs, and integration methods
- Proficiency in troubleshooting enterprise applications and software systems
- Familiarity with software license management practices and tools
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes and tools
- Preferred skills: Experience with ServiceNow administration or configuration, Familiarity with Active Directory and user provisioning workflows, Understanding of compliance standards related to software licensing, etc.
