Methods is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to contribute to the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions. This role involves working closely with a lead consultant and experienced team members, developing and configuring solutions aligned with user stories, and following established standards. The company is a £100m Digital Transformation company with clients across multiple sectors, specializing in the public-sector.

Requirements

• Configuration and Development - Deliver high-quality ServiceNow configurations and customisations aligned with assigned user stories and platform best practices.
• Design Participation - Contribute technical insight during story refinement and solution design discussions.
• Platform Standards - Follow established development standards, naming conventions, and guidance.
• Team Collaboration - Work effectively with Architects, Business Analysts, Testers, and Administrators.
• Agile Engagement - Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• Peer Review and Learning - Take part in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement - Suggest improvements to development practices and delivery processes.
