Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Total 4+ years of experience into Servicenow Implementation
- Experience or understanding of ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and custom solutions
- Familiarity with LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and other related technologies
- ServiceNow certification is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
