We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow platforms and modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, integration, and best practices to support business process automation and digital workflows. The role involves system configurations, scripting, UI policies, and ensuring optimal platform performance.
Requirements
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Perform system configurations and scripting.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal platform performance.
- Participate in Agile sprints and maintain documentation.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in related field, 3-5 years ServiceNow experience, strong ITIL & ServiceNow ITSM knowledge. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide & ServiceNow Studio
