Assist in the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions, and participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge or academic exposure to ServiceNow platform and its core modules (ITSM/HRSD preferred)
- Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, or scripting fundamentals
- Understanding of software development principles, SDLC, and basic troubleshooting
- Exposure to or interest in ITSM processes and the ITIL framework
- Strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and contribute to team discussions
