ServiceNow Developer IV

As a ServiceNow Developer IV at Rackspace Technology, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. You will be one of the technical design leads for ServiceNow code and architecture, and work with key business units and process managers in order to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are often preferred
• Configuration Management Experience (CMDB data model and relationships)
• ServiceNow integration experience (REST APIs, SOAP, Remote tables, Integration Hub)
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, its architecture, and modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL, and knowledge of IT service management processes
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with service mapping, business rules, and service catalogue development is a plus
