Requirements

• Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience
• ITIL Foundation certification or training
• ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certified or training
• ServiceNow Scripting certification or training
• In-depth knowledge of a single large or multiple small applications
• Experience in systems design and development
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to research and develop new ways to leverage the ServiceNow platform
• Ability to work on systems integration projects
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
