Requirements
- Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience
- ITIL Foundation certification or training
- ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certified or training
- ServiceNow Scripting certification or training
- In-depth knowledge of a single large or multiple small applications
- Experience in systems design and development
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to research and develop new ways to leverage the ServiceNow platform
- Ability to work on systems integration projects
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
