Requirements
- Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification or training
- ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certified or training
- ServiceNow Scripting certification or training
- In-depth knowledge of a single large or multiple small applications.
- Experience in systems design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
- Good communication and time management skills.
