Sopra Steria is seeking a ServiceNow Developer Technical Lead with experience in ServiceNow Platform development, implementation of CSM and ITSM modules, instance upgrades, and scripting languages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a proven record of accomplishment in working on ServiceNow Platform
- Experience in ServiceNow Development from medium to complex needs
- Ability to understand customer requirements and work on requests
- Experience with implementation of modules related to CSM and ITSM
- Experience with instance upgrades and patches for multiple customers
- Experience in scripting language: JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Integration using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub
- Experience with relational databases
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Working understanding of Agile Team
