We are seeking a ServiceNow Workflow Developer to design, build, and optimize automated workflows. This role involves configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating with internal and external systems, and ensuring efficient, automated processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in workflow automation with a strong background in ServiceNow development.
Requirements
- Design and implement end-to-end workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, UI Builder, and related ServiceNow tools.
- Develop and configure flows, sub-flows, spokes, playbooks, and other workflow components.
- Integrate workflows with internal and external systems using APIs (REST) and other integration methods.
- Customize and extend ServiceNow applications, modules, and functionalities.
- Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in CS or related. 3-5 years ServiceNow experience. 1+ year Flow Designer/Workflow Studio. 3-5 years of JavaScript proficiency
