Requirements

  • Experience in ServiceNow administration and development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its core modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Requirements Summary
