Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow administration and development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its core modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
