Requirements
- Assist in the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
- Participate in the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of the developed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Requirements Summary
Experience in ServiceNow administration and development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
