We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Discovery Engineer with hands-on experience configuring event-driven discovery for AWS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong JavaScript development skills and experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, and custom server-side scripting.
Requirements
- Configure and optimize event-driven discovery for AWS resources using ServiceNow Discovery and MID Servers.
- Develop and maintain custom probes, sensors, and patterns to support dynamic cloud infrastructure.
- Write and troubleshoot JavaScript-based business rules, script includes, and workflow scripts within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure accurate and timely CMDB updates.
- Monitor and improve Discovery performance and ECC Queue processing.
