NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Engineer to join their team in CDMX, Mexico. This role involves managing and enhancing ServiceNow Discovery processes, updating discovery patterns, troubleshooting issues, and creating custom patterns. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Discovery or a similar role.
- Proven experience in creating and updating discovery patterns within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules, particularly Discovery, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
