Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training
• Experience working in ServiceNow
• Proficiency with Agile/Lean methodologies, Microsoft Project, Office, Azure DevOps (or similar tool)
• BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) experience required
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, test planning and test case development and execution
