NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Engineer to join their team in CDMX, Mexico. This role involves managing and enhancing ServiceNow Discovery processes, updating discovery patterns, troubleshooting issues, and creating custom patterns. The position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, IT Operations Management (ITOM), Service Mapping, and configuration management best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Discovery or a similar role.
- Proven experience in creating and updating discovery patterns within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules, particularly Discovery, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills.
