Dropbox is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design, build, and maintain its enterprise service management platform. This role focuses on IT Service Management, focusing on incident, request, asset, and change management, and involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance platform health and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ServiceNow experience and a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
Requirements
- Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, reports, data imports, integrations, and other automation
- Review and analyze existing configuration and workflows to improve automation
- Develop requirements, craft and execute test plans, administer ServiceNow, and serve as tier 2 support
- Develop and maintain standards and best practices for ServiceNow environments
- Partner with integrations subject matter expert to integrate with various technology
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT. 5+ years experience with ServiceNow. 3+ years ServiceNow development and administration
