We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design, build, and maintain the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform. This role focuses on IT Service Management processes, including incident, request, asset, and change management. The ideal candidate will develop configurations, customizations, and integrations to support critical business needs while collaborating with various teams.
Requirements
- Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, reports, data imports, integrations, and other automation.
- Review and analyze existing configuration and workflows to improve integration strategies.
- Develop requirements, craft and execute test plans, administer ServiceNow and serve as a Tier 2 support.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field. 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, 3+ years hands-on development. Strong JavaScript skills & ServiceNow component proficiency
